Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our repair services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
REPAIR SERVICES
We provide repair services for a range of tech products, including games consoles and mobile phones. We will make every effort to repair your device in a timely and efficient manner, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix every issue. In some cases we may come across additional faults with your device, if we do we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.
QUOTES
Unless already agreed. Before we begin any repair work, we will provide you with a quote for the cost of the repair. This quote is based on the information provided by you about your device and the issue it is experiencing. If we identify any additional issues during the repair process, we will notify you and provide you with a revised quote.
PAYMENT
Payment for repair services is due in full before or upon completion of the repair. We reserve the right to keep hold of your device until payment is completed. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or online payment.
After we have repaired your device, we will hold it for a maximum of 3 months before it is sold to recoup our costs. During this period, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you to arrange for the return of your device. However, if we are unable to reach you or receive a response from you after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to sell the device to cover our expenses. Please note that any proceeds from the sale of the device will be used to cover the cost of repair and any outstanding fees before any remaining balance is refunded to you.
WARRANTIES
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs carried out by us. This warranty covers the repair work that we have done and the parts that we have used. The warranty does not cover any additional issues that may arise after the repair, or any damage caused by misuse or accidental damage. For example, a phone screen repair will not be covered by our warranty if we can see that the screen has been cracked or suffered liquid damage etc.
LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any damage to your device that occurs during the repair process, unless such damage is caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We will not be liable for any loss of data that occurs during the repair process, and we recommend that you back up all data on your device before sending it to us for repair.
SHIPPING
If you are sending your device to us for repair, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase insurance for your device. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Unless specifically asked, please do not include any cables, disks, peripherals with the device you are sending in for repair. We have a stock of our own parts to use and it saves confusion if we simply don't have yours.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel a repair, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already begun the repair work, we may charge a cancellation fee. If you are not satisfied with the repair, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, but we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe that the issue is not related to the repair work that we have done.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. None of our customer data will be used or sold on to third parties.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
